Refund Policy

At Synergy Storage LLC, we strive to provide fair and transparent
billing.

  1. Rent Payments
  • All rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period begins
  • We do not prorate unused time unless required by law or stated
    otherwise in your rental agreement
  1. Move-Out Policy
    To avoid additional charges:
  • Tenants must provide notice of move-out as required in their rental
    agreement
  • Units must be completely vacated and cleaned
  1. Overpayments
    If an overpayment occurs:
  • A credit may be applied to your account, or
  • A refund may be issued upon request
  1. Fees
    The following are generally non-refundable:
  • Administrative fees
  • Late fees
  • Lock fees
  • Auction or lien-related fees (per Indiana law)
  1. Special Circumstances
    Refunds may be considered in limited situations at management’s
    discretion.
  2. Payment Disputes
    If you believe you were incorrectly charged:
  • Contact us within 10 days
  • We will investigate and respond promptly
